Some of Ayodeji’s work include:
- Advising All On Partnerships for Energy Access Limited by Guarantee, a Shell Petroleum entity on sundry renewable energy issues including, investments and funding of renewable energy companies.
- Advising Infracredit in connection with its investment and guarantee of companies in renewable energy businesses.
- Advised the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority in connection with the provision of 10MW Solar Power Project in Kano State Nigeria.
- Advising the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Plc on standard form: (a) thermal electric power purchase agreements for privatized generators and (b) thermal electric power purchase agreements for independent developers.
- Advised on an arbitration governed by the ICC Rules between a Nigerian Company, a Chinese Consortium and the Federal Government of Nigeria arising out of the improper award and withdrawal of a contract to construct a power project, Nigeria’s biggest power project.
- Advised and represented Natcom Development and Investment in connection with legal action for negligence against South Energyx Nigeria for damage to its SAT-3 cable and beach manhole damaged in the cause of Energyx dredging and reclamation activities during the construction of Eko Atlantic Mega City in the claim being USD 27 million
- Advised Assets Management Corporation, Nigeria’s bad bank debts resolution corporation, in connection with twelve cases involving the insolvency of Afrijet, an airline.
- A member of the team currently representing clients in the claims (a) relating to receivership over Arik Air Nigeria Limited and (b) seeking to arrest and sell 16 aircraft controlled by Arik over claims of alleged statutory debts owed by Arik.
- Advised Polyfilm Packaging Nigeria in connection with the investment of NGN 2.1 billion (approx. USD 5.6 million) in the Company by the Fund for Agricultural Finance in Nigeria.
