Chioma Egboh-Nwachukwu is an Associate in the firm. She plays a pivotal role in the firm’s Intellectual Property and New Economy practices. Her expertise spans IP prosecution, IP enforcement, IP portfolio management, IP commercialization, data protection/compliance, fintech, technology, telecommunications, media, and entertainment.

Chioma is the team lead of the IP G. Elias Practice group and the front desk for cross-border IP registrations. She routinely advises local and international organisations in various industries, including leading finance institutions, multinational corporations, regulators, and corporate (domestic and foreign) telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, commodities services, retail, and fast-moving consumer, on transaction-related best practices and regulatory compliance.
