- Advising a multilateral financial institution on its US$ 300 million facility to the parent company of a leading Nigerian financial institution to finance its Intra-African trade and investment expansion strategy and trade supporting infrastructures.
- Advised a leading Nigerian financial institution on its US$ 110 million term loan facility to fund field development activities of OML 120 phases 1 and 2 capital expenditure plan.
- Advised a syndicate of lenders led by Standard Chartered Bank on the up to US$1.5 billion financing of the forward sale of crude oil by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
- Advised a first-generation Nigerian bank on its US$ 100 million additional term loan facility to a leading petroleum exploration and production company.
- Advising All On Partnerships for Energy Access Limited by Guarantee, a Shell-funded impact investment company (involved in interventions to address access to energy challenge in Nigeria), on its multi-million dollar financings and investments in renewable energy projects in Nigeria.
- Advising Macready and its constituted consortium on the rehabilitation (which involves engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, financing, operations and maintenance) of the Nigerian Pipelines and Storage Company Limited’s crude oil and refined products pipelines across the country.
- Advising Lagos State Government on the development and construction of the 27.5km “Red Line” Lagos Metro Rail Transit using a public-private partnership model.
- Advising the project sponsors in connection with bitumen mining and exploration activities in a State in South-West, Nigeria and the financing of the project.
