She regularly advises on capital markets (debt and equity), structured and syndicated lending, project finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisition, private equity and venture capital transactions in various sectors.

- Advised on a Nigerian Company on its N50,000,000,000 Bond Issuance Programme;
- Advised on the Nigerian Company on its registration and USD5,700,000 investment in the Free Trade Zone;
- Advised the Senior Lender on its USD50,000,000 financing of an Independent Power Project;
- Advised the Lender on its syndicated EUR750,000,000 loan facility;
- Advised a Nigerian Bank on its establishment of ₦100,000,000,000 Commercial Paper Issuance Programme;
- Advised a Nigerian Company in connection with its ₦200,000,000,000 Bond Issuance Programme;
- Advised Nova Merchant Bank, as Transaction Counsel, on the issuance by its sponsored vehicle of N10 Billion Series 1 Bonds;
- Advising on the establishment of, and issue of commodities linked bonds and commercial papers programmes with sizes of N250 billion each; and
- Advised a syndicate of lenders led by Credit Suisse and African Export-Import Bank on a EUR1 billion term loan facility to the Bank of industry.
